About
Voshaar Outdoor & Education started as a sports centre with a focus on athletics. Since 1994, Voshaar offers outdoor sports programs including rock climbing, white water kayaking and orienteering.
The first guide course started in 2002: the all-round Outdoor Instructor Course. Since then, Voshaar has developed a broad range of guide and instructor courses, including the Wilderness Guide Course (since 2007).
In 2015 the MBO program was recognized by the Dutch Government: a three-year full-time study to become an Outdoor Instructor and Wilderness Guide. Voshaar offers full-time and part-time studies, with one to four year programs.
